Situated on 350 picturesque acres, the Ipswich Country Club has a championship 18-hole golf course, two restaurants, a pool complex and a tennis complex as well as over 220 housing units.
The strikingly landscaped neighborhood occupies one of the most beautiful spots in New England, conveniently close to the city, the ocean and the mountains.
A relationship built on communication
It has been over 10 years — and 5 different boards — since ND Landscape Services initially started working on the Ipswich Country Club property. Working closely with the Club’s landscape committee, ND Landscape Services has continued to improve the beauty of the grounds.
The continued success of this contract is based on a solid relational foundation. The ND Landscape Services team has developed relationships with nearly all of the homeowners as well as the board and the property management team.
All-inclusive care
Since 2015, ND Landscape Services has been managing all landscape maintenance and snow removal services for those 220+ housing units. Part of this management includes an onsite facility for administrative staff as well as space to store equipment.
Due to this client’s size, ND Landscape Services brought on a new manager specifically to manage this property. This manager’s role is to oversee the day-to-day operations in order to meet the needs of the Country Club's many residents.
